GBS is short for Guanbao Sourcing, a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in China. Our Chinese legal name is 冠宝贸易(东莞)有限公司. Over the past decade, we've developed a reliable and trustworthy mix of proven suppliers ranging from large multi-national companies down to small family run business that work across a variety of applications and industries. In addition to our own fully developed supply chain, our location within the heart of the Pearl River Delta means we have tens of thousands of potential manufacturers right on our doorstep. We also work closely with factories in other major industrial hubs such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Ningbo, and Xiamen.

GBS is Canadian owned and operated. Our company started contract manufacturing in China in 2004, and in 2008, we opened our own factory in Southern China, where we continue to manufacture world class products for export around the world. Over the years, as our capabilities and reputation spread, we started a trading company dedicated solely to helping customers get started sourcing and manufacturing in China. We have two Canadian Managing Directors who are based full-time in China, in addition to a full-time energetic and experienced team of bilingual sourcing experts.

GBS has developed extensive business relationships around the world. In addition to Canada and China, we have clients in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., France, Germany, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Because we import into these countries on a regular basis, our familiarity with regulations will make it easy for us to help you. We also have an established distribution network in several of the above countries that may be of service to you.
